Account data includes your name, email and security information. Businesses process customer contact details and bookings. Conversations are stored to organise customer communication.

Account and subscription data is used to perform the service contract. Security logs protect the service. Analytics and advertising activate only with your consent.

Connected services can include Google Calendar, OpenAI, Resend, Stripe and Telnyx. Transfers depend on the integrations enabled by the business. Email and phone patterns are removed from model input; do not enter health information.

Owners can export business data and delete their organisation. Retention periods must be agreed with the operator. Send access, correction or deletion requests to the privacy contact. You may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
